_considerations: Budget to be kept to modest levels.

_response: The design uses uninterrupted build lines of varying colours and textures in an ordered representation of nature. Luxurious, high-density apartments face outwards towards sea views but are centred round communal areas which amplify the sensation of space. Water and solar energy are extensively used to power the project.
