Having firmly established ourselves as the leading architectural and construction company in our home market of Spain, and with a broad portfolio of international projects, we are well placed to broaden our horizons.

2008 will see us opening satellite offices in Boston and Dubai, part of a planned expansion to capture new key markets.

Taking into account our first overseas project, a 200-hectare luxury complex master plan in Morocco, was only awarded in 2006 we feel proud to acknowledge the breadth of our current work which encompasses a diverse international portfolio.

With more than twenty-five simultaneous projects underway, half being international commercial projects, ranging from China, Cape Verde, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we are qualified to compete in the international arena of commercial design.

The collective design credentials of our architects means we are able to undertake and deliver against any design brief. We are confident that we can transcend clients' expectations, not only in terms of aesthetic design but also in terms of intelligent, cost-effective and environmentally conscious design. These building attributes should be a given in any design and executed thoughtfully, will provide long-term cost effectiveness.

Master Planning constitutes around half of our international commercial work. We incorporate urban design skills and methodologies appropriate to any size or type of master planning, whether residential, commercial or mixed-use. Where required we can work alongside partner consultants.
