Our design process begins with examining the plot, researching any legal restrictions in the area and, most importantly, discussing the needs of the client. Once we have established the client's criteria, we begin by creating 3D models of the building, taking into account local considerations of both the surrounding buildings and the landscape, as well as the environmental impact. These 3D models are then passed to the client, and feedback is given. This is a particularly important stage of the design process and can be repeated as many times as necessary until a suitable design is approved.

Once the client is happy with the design, our architects begin drawing the detailed plans necessary to build the house from. These plans will contain all of the structural details and cover any practical issues of the design.

Once these plans are completed, they are passed to the client and will be ready to be given to any construction company.
