_brief: The client wanted to take advantage of the view with a very contemporary feel and lots of light flooding in.
_considerations: The plot is on a plateau so there is a very limited view from one side. The swimming pool had to be usable throughout the year.
_response: We designed the villa so there was interest towards the front by incorporating a water wall by the entrance door. The curve faįade invites one to enter the villa whereupon the whole of the rear sea view is immediately apparent through the extensive use of glazing. The swimming pool is partly covered thus allowing for cooler climate use.
