Residential Architecture > Spain

_project Name: Villa Oliver

_location: Spain

_type: Modern Villa

_project type: Design & Build

_brief: Very cutting edge with an impressive entrance and views from every room.

_considerations: A difficult narrow plot with scenic views.

_response: The rear of the villa is cut into the side of the mountain so the other side needed to be as light as possible. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling glazing. A double-height atrium entrance gives an initial "wow" factor. A pool placed to the side takes advantage of the position of the sun and allows for maximum width on the build.
