Residential Architecture > Spain

_project Name: Villa Oliver

_location: Spain

_type: Modern Villa

_project type: Design & Build

_brief: Very cutting edge with an impressive entrance and views from every room.

_considerations: A difficult narrow plot but one with scenic views which needed to be taken advantage of.

_response: The rear of the villa is cut into the side of the mountain so the other side needed to be a light as possible. All rooms have floor to ceiling glazing. A double height atrium entrance gave the initial wow factor. A pool placed to the side took advantage of the position of the sun and allowed for maximum width on the build.
